Nurturing Compassionate and Healthy Communities – The Gap Project Update

The Nurturing Compassionate and Healthy Communities – The Gap, 4061 (NCHC-The Gap) project is administered by PCQ, supported by funding from Brisbane City Council.

The project is being conducted over a twelve-month period and is focused on collaborating with the local community to:

1. Understand their knowledge, confidence & current community supportive activities for people experiencing loss, ageing, disability, dying and grief
2. Identify opportunities and strategies to engage the local community in compassionate community activities.

Currently we have a community survey open until the 21st of August for people living in The Gap (4061) – if you live in The Gap OR know any residents of The Gap we encourage you to share this LINK.
