Request a National Palliative Care Week 2024 resource pack

They will include posters, pens, resources, information flyers, key messages and information on how to share and showcase your NPCW event information. We will also have our heart pins for sale.

There is a $5 charge for heart pins and these can be purchased in batches of 5 until supply runs out!
