The Improving End-of-Life Care for Frail Older People Conference is a one-day conference being conducted by the Queensland Government.
A range of medical, nursing and allied health staff from palliative care and advance care planning services will share their expertise, insights and stories to improve attendees’ knowledge and confidence in these important areas.
It also provides an excellent opportunity to link with palliative care and advance care planning clinicians from around the state and improve your ability to provide proactive end-of-life care for frail older people.
