2021
2021 is a watershed year for Palliative Care in Queensland as the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Queensland’s deliberations on Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) laws, and the recommendations of the Commonwealth’s Aged Care Royal Commission pose challenges and considerations for everyone involved in our community of care.
Palliative Care Queensland has developed the 2021 Palliative Care in Queensland Priorities in conjunction with members and stakeholders from across the sector to provide a foundation for advocacy, discussion, activities, actions, and reform.
