Living well is a daily choice, dying well takes planning and community support. Quality palliative care has never been as critical.
The inaugural Community Expo (‘the Expo’) is being held on Friday 27 October and Saturday 28 October 2017 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC), Southbank.
The theme of the Expo is Embracing Life and Taking Control and will showcase a range of products, services and information to help all achieve optimal wellbeing through planning, preparation and seeking support.
It is especially relevant for people over 55 who may be living with a chronic and/or terminal illness now or in the future, their families and caregivers.
The exhibition is expected to attract 500-1000 visitors and will be supported by a range of information seminars and displays throughout the event.
