Palliative Care Queensland will have a number of resources available for you to create, download or share in the lead up to and throughout National Palliative Care Week. More voices means greater awareness and further advocacy.

šŸ§”Ā  Request a resourceĀ pack ā€“Ā  These packs will beĀ available for our members hosting events or booths for National Palliative Care Week across Queensland. They will include posters, pens, resources, information flyers, key messages and information of how to share and showcase your NPCW event information. There is a $5 charge for each heart pin and these can be purchased in batches of 5Ā untilĀ supply runs out!Ā Resource pack orders close on theĀ 7th of May.
